Neopan Acros, 120

by Todd on December 11, 2011

I haven’t posted in a while so I made myself finish a roll of Acros yesterday. This is the first roll of 120 I’ve done with my new tank and Hewes reel. I can’t say enough good things about Hewes reels…so easy to work with. These were all shot at ISO 400 and developed in Rodinal, 1:25. My protocol this time was: four rinses, then 45 seconds of inversions in developer, then five quick inversions each minute up to eight minutes. Then I let it stand for four minutes before fixing.

The wheelchair dude is just some random guy at the Occupy Iowa City protests a while back. I was trying for a shot with his dog, but the damn dog seemed to know it, and wherever I moved, he would go hide on the other side of the chair. The buildings are at the Iowa River Landing in Coralville. Geese and trees were along the river, at City Park. The rest are shots of a dilapidated kiddie train car at City Park.
